Organizational Structure
Sub-Committees in the Faculty of Education:
- Curriculum Development Sub-Committee: Dean, Associate Dean, two Assistant Deans, one faculty member
- Faculty Selection Sub-Committee: Dean, Associate Dean, two Assistant Deans, one faculty member, one HRM representative
- Faculty Monitoring and Evaluation Sub-Committee: Dean, Associate Dean, two Assistant Deans, Graduate Program Coordinator, relevant faculty member(s)
- Grievance Sub-Committee: Dean, Associate Dean, two Assistant Deans
- Faculty Research and Development Sub-Committee: Dean, Associate Dean, Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs
Notes:
- The broken line indicates collaboration and coordination, not supervision.
- The solid line shows chain of command. E.g. The Assistant Dean for graduate programs shall report to her direct supervisor (the Associate Dean), but not necessarily to the Dean. However, in some cases she can also report directly to the Dean upon the Dean’s request.
- The Associate Dean for Graduate Programs shall report directly to the Dean. However, in the Dean’s absentia and with his consent the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs will become an Acting Dean.

The internationally-trained faculty of FE come from diverse backgrounds, bringing varying perspectives and an array of expertise to each of our degree programs. The faculty is made up of instructors and researchers known for their scholarship and progressive teaching.
