Dr. Kol Pheng, the Founding Father of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, once expressed, “When they hire you, they do not only look at your degree, but also your personality and character.” Over the past two decades, the Faculty of Education has become a multidimensional organization that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in both education and life sciences. At PUC, we are committed to providing learning experiences of the highest quality to students in all of our programs.
