The mission of the ILC is to serve students at Paññasastra University of Cambodia through English language support services that enable students to achieve personal, academic and vocational goals. We believe in assisting you, and that’s why we are here for you.

ILC is open to serve you and help you get the most out of your English learning potential. We are here for students at any level of achievement.

ILC may freely be used to practice English listening and reading skills using built-in audio-visual equipment, including head-phones, tape-players, and computer. If you need assistance in preparing for the TOEFL or IELTS English language tests, we can assist you.

Assistants, students from a variety of academic disciplines with experience in the English language, are also available to help you.

Writing Assistant

We at the ILC can assist you in some types of writing assignment such as essays or term papers. We will not proofread a paper, or write your assignment. We can give you examples of how to proceed.

ILC has books to help you improve your writing including the APA Publication Manual, MLA Handbook, College Writing Handbook, Effective Proposal Writing, Keys for Writers and more.
